Nurses are facing intensely challenging situations.
They are being forced to make choices they never thought they would have to face.
While this is NOT a call for all nurses to leave bedside nursing, this goal of this conversation is to provide support for nurses who feel like they are alone and are being stretched beyond what is healthy (mentally, emotionally etc) for them and their families.
